• Vans & Reefers – Pay based on percentage of revenue or per mile
• Pneumatics – Settled on percentage of revenue plus 100% of fuel surcharge
• Stop Pay – Contractor pay based on lease agreement
• Detention Pay – Contractor pay based on lease agreement
• Fuel Surcharge – Contractor receives 100%
• Licenses & Permits – 100% paid by Dahlsten Truck Line, Inc.
• Tolls – 100% paid by Dahlsten Truck Line if match logs
• Fuel Card – Contractor may use our fuel card system (T-Chek)
• Fleet Fuel Discounts – passed directly to Independent Contractors
• Weekly Settlements with Direct Deposit
• Referral Bonus Pay
• Quarterly Safety Bonus Pay
