Operations
| To ensure customers timely and valued updates on load status and equipment availability, Dahlsten’s central dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day. Dispatchers service customers by geographic region to facilitate ongoing knowledge of customer requirements and a personalized, highly successful working relationship. An extensive computer network assists them in effectively managing and monitoring every load.Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 p.m., The telephones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our operations personnel.

| Transport is available for all bulk food grade products in our 1,600 cubic foot pneumatic tanks. Our sanitizing process and trained operators assure that all food-grade equipment and handling exceed industry standards. |  |
Washing
Our state of the art food-grade tank cleaning facility is located at 805 Williams Avenue, S Hutchinson, Kansas. Cleanliness of equipment is critical in food-grade transport; therefore, our drivers receive thorough training in wash procedures. Dahlsten’s carefully selects commercial wash facilities in order to fulfill customer requirements outside the Hutchinson area.

To assure service performance and reliability for our customers, Dahlsten Truck Line purchases only top-quality equipment and follows an aggressive preventive maintenance program. Our experienced maintenance personnel monitor and analyze equipmentperformance daily and promptly address service requirements at one of Dahlsten’s terminals or at a nationwide network of qualified service providers.
